CRM Einsatzgrad im Handel
Es hat etwas länger gedauert als geplant. Wir erwarten die Ergebnisse unserer Befragung bis Q4 2016. Dann gewähren wir gezielt Einblicke in den Nutzungsgrad und die Effekte, die der Handel tatsächlich aus CRM erzielt abseits aller „starken“ Omnichannel und Marketing Automation Versprechen.
In many companies CRM is used at a “feature” level and on demo events of CRM vendors. However, a CRM system is a strategic tool. The own reflection on the strengths and the predictive view of achievement of competitive advantages are the very basis for the use of a CRM system.
